Hi! I am Glenn Reynolds. As a young man starting out in the world, I was fortunate enough to buy a home at 25. With zero experience of home ownership, I had no idea, what all was involved in maintaining a home. You can guess the story, I did nothing for a while and thought that home ownership was great. Then the problems started to happen. Hard water in my lines, hot water heater going out, and a HVAC system that failed. That is when the reality of home maintenance set in.
I started looking for what to do and when to do it. I found some basic things that can be done to maintain your home and reduce your risk for major repairs. Since that time, I have been helping others do the same for their homes. NOW I WANT TO HELP YOU TOO! We have great tools to help with home maintenance.
